Weight - 10 st 9.5 lbs (149.5 lbs)
Gain - 1 lb (damn)
Lost so far - 4 lbs
Lbs to lose - about 30
Ok so I gained a lb this week. Could be time of the month,
but to be honest I don't count this normally. Could be the crap I ate
last week! Most likely.
OK new day, new week, new start AGAIN!!!!!
Feel very
motivated - so am going to have a FAB
week ok.
R got sent home from school feeling sick, she is ok but
has slept all day, a sure sign that she is not 100%. My sister was meant
to visist today but texted last minute to say she couldn't visit (what
a surprise NOT) Had a snooze in the afternoon with me on couch, Buster
the other end of the couch and R on the other couch fast asleep!
As you can see I am going to keep track for this week
(maybe more) of what I am eating, perhaps this will help?
Managed to do 20 minutes on the treadmill which I am pleased about.

Lunch - Homemade quiche (eggs, syn free
sausage, onion, mushrooms and tomatos, cottage cheese)
Anoon - Low fat crisps (4 syns) and a
skinny cow choc drink (2 syns)
Tea - Stir fry pork with mixed veg, garlic
and ginger. Diet yogurt
Eve - Sugar free gum
and 4 toast (2xB) plus Flora (4 syns) |
6pm - so far so good!
8pm - 20 minutes treadmill at 3 speed
10 syns in all - v good!

Wednesday 16th June 2010
Work (half day) was fine today.
Took Neil's dad for lunch then went to the nursing home. Came home sat
outside with Buster for a while in the garden as it was so nice and warm
and sunny. Cam in and sat on the couch, totally intending on going dancing
tonight. Came over feeling very sick. Lay down for a while. Feel very
sicky, think I may have what R had at the beginning of the week?
DId not go dancing but did take Buster to class
to show him off to the ladies, I kept hold of him. He did not like going
in the car and cried the whole time, shan't take him in the car again
just for the time being, poor little thing Have come to bed feeling yuck.
As you can see below I did fairly ok on food today

Work day.
Far too nice to be in work
Also should've gone for a walk after work but too tired. DOne ok on food
so far today, I do hope I get weight loss on Monday. MMmmmmm........would
like some chocoolate, might have a skinny cow choc drink later - not quite
the same as a bar of choccy but still.........

Friday 18th June 2010
Ok day in work, long though. Had
the house to ourselves about 5 till 8pm, so we decided to get a takeaway
for tea! I had crispy shredded beef in peking sauce and 2 spring rolls
and a handful of chips which isn't too bad I suppose? Didn't have anything
else the rest of the evening.
Got weighed in work this morning,
seem to have lost a lb (the nurse didn't have the book with her with our
last weight in it). Don't actually feel any slimmer, it was a FAT
day today unfortunately! Don't you just hate it when
you get those!

Saturday 19th June 2010
Took Neils mum for a walk in the
afternoon, she was in a wheelchair, Neils dad came along too. It was a
lovely sunny day, though the wind was a little bit cold. We were out about
almost 2 hours. Came home and dad had arrived to see Buster which was
nice. Mum was at home, not feeling so good. She has a heart mumur apparently
and has had several tests and is waiting to see a consultant, I so hope
she is ok.
J is going to miss J as she is on holiday for 2
weeks from Monday, going to Corfu with her nanna and grandad. I must say
if we came into money somehow what would I do?
1. Pay off all debts
2. Get bathroom gutted and done properly
3. Get new flooring for J's room and the front room
3. Get the driveway done properly
4. Fix all things that need fixing around and outside the house
5. Go on a FAB holiday!
Of course if we wons lots of £££££ we'd
just move house, preferably down south somewhere I think. It's not that
I don't like the Wirral but I'd love to live in Devon or Cornwall. Ah
well.........

R and me earlier. She had been to
her friends hosue and her and two others had a makeover session. They
washed and styled her hair and put some make-up on her. R has never worn
make-up, I don't think she's that fussed on it but said a lot of the girls
in class wear it and she was one of the few that didn't. At 12 years old
it's too young to wear make-up, apart from maybe some lipgloss, I used
to wear cherry or mint lipgloss in a glass bottle (roll on), all the girls
in class wore it!

Sunday 20th June 2010 Fathers Day
Neil's dad came round for Sunday
dinner which was nice, we had chicken dinner and I bought fresh cream
cakes for everyone. After that we went to FLint to see my mum n dad. It
was a very hot and sunny day. Neil cut the grass in the early evening,
Buster had a great time diving into all the little grass cutting piles
- he is knackered now and fast asleep. J is going to be missing J as she
is off to Corfu tomorrow for 2 weeks.
Am not looking forward to getting weighted in the morning really cos I
SO need a better week, I need to really stick to the plan 100% for regular
weight loss. Why is losing weight so tiring???? Why can't I just eat what
I want and never gain an ounce?
