Is it summer time yet?

Weight - 10 st 7 lbs (147 lbs)
Loss - half a pound

See, I lost half a pound, what good is losing half a pound? Though would not have been happy if I'd gained half a pound! Haha!!!!!!!!!!!
Went round West Kirby in the morning for a few hours, then did very little in the afternoon. R gotta go to the Dr's for a persistent cough though am sure she is fine really, it's just been hanging round for 3 weeks or so.

R got a clean bill of health which is good.

Tried to do some time on the treadmill but felt v knackered, managed 5 minutes, how bad is that! Think I shall aim to get up earlier in the morning and do the wii free step for 20 minutes as I like doing that. My scales say, this week (ie this morning)

Neil - 19 st 10 lbs (276 lbs)
Cathy - 10 st 6.5 lbs (146.5 lbs)

So as you can see we have both lost a lb - so same time next week - more loss I am hoping.

 Thursday 4th Feb

Went for a lovely italian meal out tonight with work, 11 of us went. I was very good and did not have dessert. For starter I had a ministrone soup with a roll. For main I had a pasta with some cheese, pinenuts and walnuts and basil - it was yummy. Then I had a latte and during the meal, one glass of white wine.

Not really looking forward to getting weighed at work in morning but hey - it will all help to keep me motivated hopefully. I am going dancing tomorrow night (2 hours) and I did do 2 hours dancing lasy night.

 Saturday 6th February 2010

Well, I painted the whole kitchen today.
It was all cream now it is yellow (fave colour!)
Isn't it sunny and lovely colour?
Took me all day to paint it, but I finished it. I could do with painting the ceiling but nah, not today! I am pleased with how it looks. I have a new pine curtain pole to put up over the longer window, not got any curtains yet. I want cream curtains with pretty yellow folwers on them (or white with yellow flowers). I think I might have to go to the market and look on the material stall to see if I can spot just the right material.

Not been brilliant on food really. Ah well. R has been really good and did over an hour on the treadmill tonight (walking). J went to Liverpool with his girlfriend for a meal.

 Sunday 7th Feb 2010

Did some tidying up today, that's about it really. Had all these plans for us all to go for a nice long walk and in the end none of us felt like going out. But with the tidying up we have ended up with a big pile of stuff to go to the charity shop which is good.

What did I eat today? Well......
Breakfast - 2 weetabix and skim milk
Lunch - Pasta and cheese
Tea - Fish, home made chips and mushy peas. Then fruit and yogurt
I did make a fruit crumble for the kids and Neil and I did have a taste (few spoonfuls!) of that with low far custard (yummy)
