Fast for breaky and lunch though was v hungry at lunch and also had a
tuna salad! Neil had tea ready for when I got home and I had stir fry
chicken with veg and pasta. In the evening I had a slim fast bar oh and
some weight watchers toast. I am getting weighed in the morning in work.
Hmmmm..... no idea how I will do. I am looking forward to our holiday
as we are going to do lots of walking and swimming EVERY day. Am going to stay in mum n dads
tomorrow night as mum has not been feeling so good, I am worried about
her, though hopefully she is fine, will be fine. Saturday night I am off

Sunday 21st March Went out last night with a load of people frm work. We
went for a meal and then over to a pub. The meal was nice. The pub (The
Mersey Clipper) = What a DIVE. IE: Crappy place. Smelly pub (smelt of
lager and fart), FULL of CHAVS, drunken CHAVS and slutty girls dressed
in nothing much (haha maybe am just jealous I can't get away with stuff
like that at my age and size?!). The band, well, they played well but
was FAR TOO LOUD and they played
crap music like AC bloody DC and a mixture of middle of the road rock
stuff SO BORING. My ears were hurting. I stood up for 2 hours and was
so glad when Neil came to pick us up to go home. Would not go there again,
awful place.
Step aboard our colourful bus for this 1 hour 45 minute tour visiting many of the places associated with John, Paul, George and Ringo as they grew up, met and formed the band that would take the pop world by storm. It lets you take a closer look at some of their childhood homes and places that inspired their most memorable songs like Penny Lane and Strawberry Field. Make sure you bring your camera to record the places you’ll want to remember on this magical tour. You'll be kept entertained by one of our fully qualified Beatles Guides as you travel around the city and its suburbs to discover the truly remarkable story of the boys who were to become the world’s best known musicians. The tour finishes at the legendary Cavern Club where you can present your ticket for an exclusive souvenir of your trip. Then we are going to go round the Beatles Museum, then
go for lunch in the Albert Dock and then go for a ride on the yellow bus
